Job Opening: Licensed Addiction Counselor
Location: Fargo, ND
Schedule: 8-5 M-F. Evening hours may be required | Full-time

Soul Solutions Recovery Center is seeking a dedicated, compassionate Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) to join our behavioral health team. This role primarily facilitates Outpatient Programming and provides clinical services to individuals with substance use disorders. Services may include individual, group, and family therapy, evaluations, and community education.

We welcome dual-licensed clinicians (e.g., LPCC/LICSW with LAC) who are passionate about integrated care and committed to long-term recovery support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate group sessions and manage a caseload
• Conduct substance use disorder evaluations using ASAM and DSM-5 criteria
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide ongoing clinical documentation
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy services
• Participate in interdisciplinary clinical staffing and case consultations
• Provide education, outreach, and consultation to referral sources and community partners

Qualifications:

• Current North Dakota licensure as a LAC, LCAC, or LMAC
• Dual licensure as an LPCC or LICSW strongly encouraged to apply
• Experience in SUD treatment, group facilitation, and clinical documentation
• Ability to work evenings and meet agency documentation and quality standards
• Proficiency with electronic health records and telehealth platforms

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
