Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8am-5pm

We collaborate with home health agencies, hospice agencies, PCPs, and skilled nursing facilities to provide advanced wound care and G-tube services directly to patients. Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Intake Coordinator to join our administrative team in our Aliso Viejo office. This key role ensures a smooth intake process for patients by coordinating referrals, verifying insurance, and scheduling wound care services efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

· • Receive and process referrals

· • Communicate with nurses, providers, and referral sources regarding patient status

· • Verify insurance coverage and eligibility

· • Obtain prior authorizations when needed

· • Schedule and coordinate wound care visits

· • Accurately input patient data into our EMR system (Wound Ally)

· • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

· • Prior experience in healthcare intake or medical office coordination preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate

· • Familiarity with EMR systems (experience with Wound Ally is a plus)

· • Strong attention to detail and time management skills

· • Professional communication skills, both verbal and written

· • High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $25 – $28/hour (based on experience)
