Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated, energetic, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children between the ages of 2 and 12. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills that will support long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy based on individualized treatment plans
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by a supervising BCBA
• Teach a variety of essential life skills, including communication, social interaction, and self-care
• Accurately collect and record session data
• Collaborate with families and clinical staff to ensure consistent implementation
• Maintain a professional, encouraging, and child-centered approach at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• RBT Certification preferred (training provided for the right candidates)
• Prior experience working with children, especially those with special needs, is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols
• Reliable transportation and the ability to pass a background check
