LifeConnections is a behavioral health care provider with residential programs all across Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. We primarily serve adults with developmental disabilities and complex mental health conditions.

We currently have the following position available:

Position: BCBA Clinical Consultant

Pay: Up to $75/HR

Hours: 15-20 Hrs/Week

Status: Part Time Contractor (50% Remote, 50% in Person)

Summary: Responsible for the clinical supervision and oversight of behavior support services.

Region: New Hampshire (NH Seacoast / Manchester / Concord Area)

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Serves as a member of the clinical team under the direction of the Chief Clinical Officer. Works collaboratively to ensure all behavior support services are delivered to individuals receiving services in a timely and efficient manner.

2. Serve as clinical lead/ liaison to external stakeholders in NH.

3. Oversees clinical supervision of behavior support specialists.

4. Completes a minimum of 10 billable hours per week.

5. Facilitates incident debriefing reviews.

6. Facilitates Clinical Response Team (CRT) reviews and Positive Behavior Support meetings in NH.

7. Serves as a member of the NH CARES emergency department diversion program to provide brief functional behavior assessments and consultation via telehealth.

8. Provide programmatic and clinical oversight to assure consistency and continuity in the provision of behavior support services.

9. In conjunction with State Director, manages the NH behavior support specialty services budget.

10. Serves as liaison to funding sources, community mental health centers, hospitals and private practitioners as necessary.

Hiring Requirements:

• Masters Degree
• BCBA (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst)
• Driver's License
• Criminal Background Check
