Overview
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide monthly behavioral support for adults with developmental disabilities in a Level 4i Adult Residential Facility.
Key Duties:
- Conduct FBAs & develop BIPs
- Provide 2+ hours/month per client (flexible)
- Train staff on behavior strategies
- Attend team meetings (IPP, IDT, ISP)
- Support with behavior data and SIRs
Requirements:
- Master’s degree + current BCBA certification
- Experience with ARFs or dual diagnosis preferred
- Knowledge of Title 17/22 & Regional Center systems
- Strong communication & documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
- Implement and monitor behavioral therapy programs, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions through ongoing data collection and analysis, making adjustments as necessary.
- Advocate for clients’ needs within various settings, including schools and community programs.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and special education practices.
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and the development of individualized treatment plans.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and medical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
