- No RBT? $15.00 to $17.00
- Sign On Bonus $750
- Obtained your RBT? Start at $15.25 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $21.00 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
- Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. - Availability to work full time between the hours of 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Our centers are only open a couple Saturdays a month for make-up sessions.
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, social work, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience working with children with special needs is preferred
- Display a fun and creative personality
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Must be 18 years old or older
