About Job

Assists physician and health care team members in understanding the significant social and emotional factors related to the health problems, participate in the development of the plan of treatment, prepares clinical and progress notes, works with the family, utilizes appropriate community resources, participates in discharge planning and in-service programs and acts as a consultant to other agency personnel.Qualifications:ï‚· Minimum Education Level Required: Master’s Degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and be licensed by the S.C. State Board of Social Work Examiners as a Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker, Licensed Master Social Worker, or Licensed Independent Social Worker.ï‚· Length and Type of Previous Job Experience Required: One year of social work experience in a health care setting required.Additional Info:About AnMedFounded in 1908, AnMed is an independent, not-for-profit health system serving Upstate South Carolina and northeast Georgia.
