Position Overview:
We are hiring an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) to join our behavioral health team. This role is designed for a pre-licensed clinician working toward LMFT licensure in California. You will deliver therapy services under supervision to clients from diverse backgrounds in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families under clinical supervision
• Conduct intake assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans
• Deliver services using evidence-based practices and culturally responsive care
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards
• Attend weekly supervision sessions as required by the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
• Participate in case consultations and coordinate care with other providers as needed
• Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to all applicable ethical guidelines

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or closely related field
• Current AMFT registration in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, accountable, and able to manage a caseload with appropriate clinical oversight
• Must be eligible for W-2 employment (this is not a contractor role)
