ABA Counselor - Residential

Residential Counselor Overview

Join our team as an ABA Counselor, where you'll play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing home-like environment within our residential program. You'll support each student's educational journey by teaching functional living skills, fostering socialization, and enhancing communication abilities. Residential Counselor Schedule and Salary Information

  • Second shift and weekends
  • $28-$30 per hour

Residential Counselor Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (Education, Human Services, or Psychology Preferred)
  • Valid US driver’s license and minimum age of 21
  • Strong interpersonal and teaching skills
  • Experience with specialized populations preferred

Residential Counselor Responsibilities

  • Create a supportive and inclusive environment for students to thrive
  • Teach functional living, socialization, and communication skills
  • Implement behavior management and clinical protocols effectively
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care
