- Supervise the clinical aspects of the Intensive Home Base Services programs.
- Will seek out training and resources to remain up-to-date on accepted evidence based practices and interventions,
- Provide practice based trainings for staff.
- Train staff and review documentation to ensure quality and accuracy of assessments and treatment plans,
- Oversee staff's engagement with clients
- Supervise to staff interventions are connected to treatment plan.
- Oversee contract clinical supervisor's work. Monitor that Clinical Supervisors are doing their work in alignment with the agency's clinical practice standards.
- Consulting on high-risk situations
- Regularly consult with the Associate Core Division Director for Intensive Home Base Services (ACDD) regarding high-risk or crisis situations.
- Maintain regular communication with ACDD regarding the program's quality of practice and training needs.
- Master's Degree as defined in the Health and Safety Code, Section 1506 (e) (f)
- California Licensed Marriage Family Therapist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor or Psychologist with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) for a minimum of two years.
- Meets the BBS qualifications to clinically supervise.
- Two years' supervisory/management experience in related field.
- Two years' experience providing direct clinical services to high risk youth in a related field/setting (community based, social services, behavioral health, school based, or residential setting.)
- Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL and clean driving record.
