Blooming Behavior Services is looking for dedicated and energetic people who love working with children. Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) provide one-to-one Applied Behavior Analysis services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and related disorders in their home. RBTs are responsible for implementing Behavior Intervention Plans, skill acquisition goals, and having a great time through play with their clients. RBTs will be supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

This role will approximately 16 - 20 hours per week, with working hours from 2:30 PM - 7:40 PM, Monday-Friday.

What you will do:

• Provide 1:1 behaviorally based in-home treatment to autistic children or children at risk for developmental delays
• Implement individualized treatment goals designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) that will guide your sessions
• Teach and promote language, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a fun, play setting to increase motivation and positive performance
• Record objective daily data through hand-held technology for real-time data collection that reflects the client's progress toward goals
• Attend weekly check-ins and provide open communication to the supporting clinical team
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma required
• Preferred: Associates / Bachelors and a minimum of 6 months of prior RBT experience
• Experience effectively engaging with children.
• Coursework in psychology, child development, or social work is a plus
• Pass background check
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds and get up and down off the floor quickly
• Negative TB test depending on placement
• Must be able to provide proof of vaccination against Covid-19 by the first day of work
• Must have active CPR certification
• Availability to work 16 - 20 hours per week, with working hours from 2:30 PM - 7:40 PM, Monday-Friday.
