Signature Health Services is a home health agency located in Baytown, TX that has been serving Houston and the surrounding communities since 1995. We are currently looking for a motivated individual to fill a full-time Community Liaison position that will market to the South territory. Previous home health/healthcare marketing experience required.

Summary

The primary function is to be a liaison between the agency and the community regarding community and patient needs, while building a client base to increase referrals for the agency. This position reports to the Director of Business Development.

Qualifications

Education: Preferred graduate of an accredited college and specific marketing training.
Experience: One (1) year of home health care marketing (mandatory)
Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with agency staff and outside contacts. Must read, write, and comprehend English. Must have the ability to work flexible schedules and to travel locally within the agency's coverage area.
Transportation: Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.

Essential Functions

Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Business Development to review and provide direction regarding community programs, as deemed appropriate.
Develops business relationships with referral sources to increase agency referrals.
Collaboratively develops, oversees, and carries out policy regarding agency programs.
Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of, and ensures compliance with, state, federal, and local regulatory requirements regarding agency operations.
Establishes a public relations program for interpretation of the agency's services and fosters good working relationships with physicians and community agencies.
Helps facilitate the direction of programs through collaboration with other staff members.
