We’re seeking a per diem BCBA to provide behavioral consultation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in New Jersey. Flexible hours. In-home, community, and program-based settings.Responsibilities:Conduct FBAs and develop BIPsTrain staff and families on behavior plansSupervise RBTs or behavior staffMonitor progress and adjust interventions as neededMaintain timely documentationRequirements:Active BCBA certificationNJ LBA or APC (preferred)Experience with IDD populationReliable transportation and ability to travelBenefits:Flexible scheduleCompetitive hourly payTravel reimbursement (if applicable)
