Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing behavior analytic services to clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and functional assessments
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Skills
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques
- Strong understanding of behavioral health principles
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of special education practices
- Ability to conduct patient assessments effectively
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients, families, and colleagues
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $76.00 per hour
