Job Description

This Federally Qualified Health Center founded in 1990, provides comprehensive primary care, advocacy, social services, and education across five clinical sites. The Clinic offers strength-based clinical services using evidence-based approaches in a supportive, collaborative team environment. Therapists are encouraged to bring creativity to their therapeutic work while delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities/ Job Duties

• Maintain a caseload of up to 30 clients for weekly individual sessions.
• Provide a range of interventions tailored to client needs.
• Collaboratively develop and update treatment plans with clients every 6 months.
• Complete empirically validated assessments every 6 months.
• Participate in monthly administrative and clinical supervision meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
• Document all sessions and non-billable activities in the EMR system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Qualification Requirements

• Master’s degree required
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) required
• Preferred: FQHC experience
