Spence Counseling Center is expanding our metro-area Christian counseling practice and has up to 3 openings for licensed Mental Health or Substance Abuse Counselors. If you’re passionate about serving individuals, couples, and families with compassionate, trauma-informed care, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
???? Deliver high-quality outpatient therapy for mental health and substance-use concerns
???? Assess, evaluate, and treat a wide range of clinical disorders in compliance with HIPAA, state, and federal guidelines
???? Collaborate with a supportive Clinical Director and multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for every client
What You Bring:
✔️ Master’s degree (or higher) in Counseling, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
✔️ Active state license — LMHP, LIMHP, LMHC, PhD, PsyD, LADC, or equivalent
✔️ Strong verbal & written skills for clear case conceptualization and documentation
✔️ Solid grasp of trauma-informed therapy, family systems, and child/adult issues
✔️ Excellent time-management, organization, and teamwork abilities
