Job Description

Our Licensed Social Workers work in an assigned region, providing support to children and their families in the Birth to Three system. They provide support and guidance to the clinical team, participate in case management, perform assessments, and support services aimed at enhancing a family’s capacity to care for and nurture their child’s growth and development.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in social work from a four-year college or university
  • Experience working with families.
  • At least some pediatric experience preferred.
  • Current Licensure by relevant state board or agency
  • Spanish speaking a plus

Skills Required for the Role

  • Strong communication/rapport building skills with families
  • Strong organizational skills to management administrative tasks
  • Self-confidence and the ability to show initiative while providing services
  • The ability to work collaboratively with other clinicians as part of a team

Setting and Supports

  • Working in family homes and daycares
  • Requires some travel within a limited region
  • Reasonable caseloads
  • Ongoing training and supervision provided
  • Weekly team meetings

Work Hours

  • Various session times during the workday
  • Some flexibility in scheduling
  • Monday through Friday
