As a Practice Care Coordinator, you will:

  • Own the first impression
  • Smiles often
  • Work in a fast paced environment
  • Answer incoming calls from patients, doctors and other health care facilities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet and assist anyone who enters the clinic
  • Check patients in and out for their scheduled appointments
  • Verify patient insurance benefits
  • Collect and post payments to the patient accounts
  • Update insurance information and personal data in the patient charts
  • Follow scheduling guidelines for our clinics both locally and in outlying area
  • Prepare charts for upcoming appointments
  • Maintain inventory of office forms and supplies
  • Work closely with clinicians and other support staff to ensure that our patient’s needs are met
  • Arrange for package pickup and delivery services
  • Helping in other areas of the office as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
