Pay Range: $19 - $21 (Weekend shift differential-$1.50!)

Please Note: CRMA (40-hour course) applicants start at $.50 more per hour and are highly desirable! No certifications? Strong desire to help people? We will train you!

Shift availability: Full-time-1st Shift (7am-3pm), 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) weekends needed.

What does a Mental Health Rehabilitation Tech do? Mental Health Rehabilitation Technicians (MHRT) are certified service professionals who work directly with individuals in a home environment, helping them navigate different barriers to achieve personal goals. Your role as a professional in this environment will be pivotal in providing personalized care and fostering independence. The differences you will make in the lives of our clients are immeasurable and highly impactful.

Key Responsibilities:·

  • Assist individuals in daily living activities and skill development
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve meaningful goals
  • Foster a supportive and nurturing environment that promotes well-being
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records
  • Work as part of a dedicated team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

  • Compassionate and calm demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong observational skills.
  • CRMA certification (40-hour course) is preferred- this bumps starting pay to $19.50/hr.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle dynamic shift and client needs.
  • Experience in mental health or direct support preferred, but not required.
  • Professional maturity.
  • Strong willingness to learn.
  • Emotional intelligence.
