Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW) to join our multidisciplinary outpatient team. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, a commitment to ethical and trauma-informed care, and a passion for helping clients achieve lasting recovery and emotional wellness.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Monitor client progress and revise treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, and other healthcare providers
Provide crisis intervention and case management as appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards
Support clients in accessing community resources and aftercare planning

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
Active LMSW or LCSW license in MD
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a behavioral health or outpatient setting (preferred)
Strong understanding of co-occurring disorders and trauma-informed care
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in electronic health records and clinical documentation
