Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Director/BCBA to lead our team in providing high-quality behavioral health services. The Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and facilitate the delivery of effective treatment programs for individuals with various needs, including those with developmental disabilities and autism. This role is pivotal in fostering a supportive environment for both staff and clients, ensuring that all services are delivered in accordance with best practices and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the clinical operations, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Supervise clinical staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.
  • Ensure accurate medical documentation is maintained in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care for individuals with behavioral health challenges.
  • Implement evidence-based practices, including applied behavior analysis, to support client progress.
  • Develop training programs for staff on medical terminology, special education needs, and working effectively with individuals with disabilities.
  • Monitor the quality of care provided and implement improvements as necessary.
