About Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients and their families to enhance their quality of life.

Description

At Meraki Autism Center, we don’t just provide therapy — we create a place where growth, collaboration, and community thrive.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll play a vital role in helping children and teens build lasting skills through individualized, compassionate ABA services. Our mission extends beyond the clinic — from real-world community experiences to strong family partnerships, we work together to make a lasting impact.

At Meraki, you won’t feel like just another clinician. You’ll be part of a supportive, engaged team that values collaboration, celebrates wins (big and small), and shows up for each other every day. Whether we’re troubleshooting cases together, mentoring team members, or taking a well-deserved coffee break in our cozy staff lounge — you’ll feel the difference here.

We believe BCBAs deserve the tools, trust, and time to do what they do best. That’s why we prioritize reasonable caseloads, dedicated administrative support, and a culture that respects work-life balance.
