Opal Autism Centers is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our clinic in Garner, NC as a Clinic Director. What You'll Do

As a Clinic Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our clinic and lead a dedicated team of BCBAs and RBTs. You will provide both clinical oversight and leadership, maintain a manageable caseload, and drive key performance and quality metrics that directly impact client outcomes and team success.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead clinic operations to ensure high-quality service delivery

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to BCBAs and RBTs

  • Maintain a small direct caseload (6–20 billable hours depending on clinic maturity)

  • Collaborate with admissions, scheduling, billing, HR, and recruiting teams

  • Analyze client cancellations and implement proactive solutions

  • Support timely assessments, treatment plans, and transitions into care

  • Conduct team meetings, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback

  • Align hiring with caseload needs and manage retention strategies


What We’re Looking For

Please apply only if you meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field

  • Active BCBA certification and eligible for LBA in Utah (if applicable)

  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical ABA experience, including 1 year of leadership or supervisory specific roles in the field of ABA or a related field.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills

  • A commitment to compassionate, family-centered care

Work Location

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our up coming Garner, NC clinic. No remote or hybrid options are currently available.
