What You’ll Do:

Supervise behavioral technicians to ensure effective program implementation
Conduct thorough behavioral assessments
Develop and customize client-specific programs
Provide parent training to support progress outside of sessions
Take on other meaningful responsibilities as needed

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (or related field)
Current BCBA certification or BCBA eligibility
Michigan BCBA licensure required
Minimum of 1 year of ABA experience (BCaBA candidates will also be considered)

Our Hours & Flexibility:

The ABA Center operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM during the school year
In-home services available throughout the day until 7:30 PM
