Must Have Hospice experience and live in the Austin area. Duties include: hospice consents, psychosocial care and assessments for all clients, imminent care for clients as needed, oversee volunteer program with monthly minimum of 5% volume, attend IDG meetings bi-weekly or PRN, community assistance as needed, resource management and procurement to meet patient's needs, maintaining and updating resource list.
Report clinical findings/pain/safety/medication issues and status changes of clients to RN
If there is a need for you to be on call for imminent patients, the rate will be $28.85/hour for on call visits plus mileage
Mileage is reimbursed at 0.38 per mile after reaching 1st client of the day or after leaving office

Salaried positions include PTO accrued per pay period of 56 hrs per year, increases to 80 hrs per year after 2 years and six paid holidays: Labor Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day if holiday falls during a weekday (after 90 day probation period has been met)
