SLRHS is seeking a 1.0 School Adjustment Counselor to promote student success.
Duties to include but are not limited to:

• counseling any student 1:1 or in groups
• participating in IEP meetings
• writing counseling goals and completing progress notes
• leading social skills groups
• collaborating with staff
• communicating with outside providers and regular two-way communication with families
• participating in weekly Support Team meetings.

Background in working with secondary students with and without disabilities is strongly encouraged.
A Master's in Social Work or School Counseling is preferred
An appropriate DESE license is required.
This is a fulltime benefits eligible position throught SLEA contract. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
