Bilingual State Farm Experienced Team Member

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of Bilingual Spanish Customer Service - State Farm Agent Team Member. This is a position for an experience insurance team member with State Farm experience.

1. Active Property and Casualty license is required.

2. State Farm experience in sales or customer service

3. Bilingual, fluent in Spanish and English

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements:
  • Property & Casualty license (required)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
  • State Farm experience or equivalent insurance experience is required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
