About Job

Full-Time | In-Office | Bowling Green, KY

Do you naturally connect with people and make them feel truly heard — even over the phone?
Do you have a natural gift for making others feel heard, valued, and understood? If so, we want to meet you.

We’re looking for a Client Care Coordinator to serve as the voice and heart of our client relationships — someone who ensures our clients feel cared for, informed, and supported. You’ll play a critical role in tying together service delivery, communication, and relationship continuity, ensuring every client feels like they have a true partner in us.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to person for our clients—someone they trust, rely on, and enjoy talking to.
  • Support onboarding, relationship management, and routine client touchpoints
  • Identify and de-escalate client concerns with empathy, professionalism, and poise
  • Build personal relationships — not just transactional ones — with clients across all levels
  • Read between the lines—picking up on tone, emotion, and unspoken concerns.
  • Help mend and protect client trust when frustrations arise
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service, clear communication, and client satisfaction
  • Track interactions, meetings, and planning across multiple clients using internal systems and tools

What Success Looks Like

  • Clients trust you — and reach out to you first when something’s wrong
  • Internal teams rely on your follow-through and client insight to improve delivery
  • You proactively bring attention to recurring issues that need long-term solutions
  • You handle a full plate with calm urgency — keeping everyone and everything on track
  • Conversations with clients feel like catching up with a trusted partner

Who You Are

  • You smile when you talk — and people can hear it
  • You’re energized by people and don’t hesitate to spark a conversation
  • Have a sixth sense for how people are feeling, even if they don’t say it.
  • You listen with empathy, respond with clarity, and speak with honesty
  • You bring a calming presence when things get hectic
  • You care deeply about doing things right and making people feel seen and supported
  • You’re organized, persistent, and focused on follow-through
  • You adjust quickly when plans change and keep your cool under pressure
  • Take pride in making sure “everyone and everything is good.”

What You Bring

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role where relationship-building and follow-through mattered (customer service, hospitality, support, account coordination, etc.)
  • Confidence communicating with a wide range of personalities and roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A desire to grow professionally and support others in doing the same

We’ll provide the training — you bring the right attitude and emotional intelligence. We’ll also ask you to complete a DISC profile as part of the hiring process.

If you love creating meaningful client relationships, solving real-world problems, and making people feel genuinely cared for — we want to meet you.

Apply now and help us take client experience to the next level.
