Your Role as an RBT at Discovery ABAAs a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, and daycare settings throughout North Carolina. Guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help clients build essential life, social, and communication skills.Responsibilities:

Implement ABA therapy programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform treatment plans.
Work with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent therapy implementation.
Participate in supervision and ongoing training provided by BCBAs.
Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients during therapy sessions.
Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the ABA field is required.
Previous Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician experience
RBT certification (or in progress) is strongly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Reliable Transportation
