We are seeking a qualified and passionate professional to join our team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, you will design and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies, provide ongoing supervision to clinical staff, and maintain a caseload of clients. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and will work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.Duties Include:Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and strategiesDevelop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as neededCollaborate with treatment team (director, parents, and other support network) to review case progressProvide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists in all policies and proceduresCommunicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, etc.Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory dutiesQualifications for Employment Include:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master’s degree and completion of ABA courseworkKnowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT) is requiredValid driver’s license and a reliable form of insured transportationMust possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skillsProficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in a foreign language is a plusAptitude to engage in higher-level management functions when requiredAbility to communicate with team members routinely regarding schedules and clients' changing needsBilingual/Multilingual candidates have the opportunity for increased base paySkills and CertificationsBCBAQBHP
