We're looking for a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) to join our expanding team in Lower Desert, Indio. This hybrid role blends clinical leadership with hands-on support and offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of ABA care in the region.
Position Details
- Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA / BCBA-D)
- Location: Hybrid - Telehealth & In-Person: Indio, CA (Lower Desert)
- Salary: $80,000 - $95,000/year (depending on experience)

What You'll Do
- Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans
- Provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Mentor and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and best practices
Qualifications
- Education: Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Certification: Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification (required)
- Experience: 2+ years developing intervention programs for individuals with autism or related disorders
- Skills: Strong leadership, time management, and communication abilities
- Preferred Traits: Passion for innovation, mentorship, and delivering impactful care
