Salary: $40 - $47 / Hour
Shift: Part-Time 20 hours per week + on call support

Qualifications

Be the Best Hospice Clinical Social Worker II You Can Be
If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

Master's degree required
Must hold highest level of licensure within the state, and/or hold the ACHP-SW advanced certification. Qualifications for state-specific requirements above minimum education standards
2+ year social work experience required

Required Certifications and Licensures:
Licensed to practice as a clinical social worker in the state of agency operation
Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
