Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) or clinical social work (LCSW).
  • Specialized training and expertise in Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
  • Experience delivering evidence-based psychotherapies in a clinical setting.
  • Commitment to collaborative practice and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, primarily Dialectical Behavior Therapy, to adults, teens, groups, or families.
  • Participate actively in our weekly DBT consultation team, contributing to treatment planning, case discussions, and team growth.
  • Deliver comprehensive DBT services, including individual therapy, skills training groups, and coaching calls (as applicable).
  • Collaborate with other clinicians to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with practice standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $104,454.00 - $160,761.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
