Job Title:Behavior Technician/ Applied Behavior Analysis

Schedule: Monday Friday | 38 hours/week

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and certified Behavior Technician (BT) or ABA professional for a full-time, onsite summer assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact in a supportive school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized support and behavior intervention plans
• Work 1:1 or in small group settings with students with varying disabilities
• Collaborate closely with educational teams to support student growth
• Maintain documentation and follow protocols under supervision of BCBAs
• Support classroom management through ABA principles and techniques

Requirements:

• Active BT certification (must provide proof)
• Strong ABA skills and demonstrated experience in school or clinical settings
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute comfortably
• Must be comfortable working with a range of disabilities
• Not accepting paraprofessionals for this role
