Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments—through telehealth or in-clinic—to develop personalized ABA treatment plans tailored to each child’s and family’s needs.
• Lead Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create behavior intervention strategies.
• Supervise, mentor, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA therapists.
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and team members—emphasizing transparency and parental understanding of goals and timelines.
• Monitor client progress via data analysis and constant reassessment to ensure real, lasting progress .
• Maintain compliance with BACB standards and handle all clinical documentation.

What You Bring

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Prior experience conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and supervising staff. Experience with telehealth services is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills—able to explain treatment roadmaps clearly to families and drive collaborative care.
• Creativity in developing behavior solutions and dedication to ongoing improvement.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for in-home or clinic travel).

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
