We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our focus is on delivering compassionate care that empowers families and supports measurable progress in our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analyses.
- Supervise and train behavior technicians in the implementation of ABA interventions.
- Monitor client progress, conduct data analysis, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in accordance with funding and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with caregivers, clinical team members, and other service providers.
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Active BCBA certification in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children diagnosed with ASD.
Preferred:
- Experience with various ABA assessment tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
