About Job

Job Description:Analyze, interpret and evaluation medical documents and psychological and treatment summary reports to determine edibility for vocational rehabilitation services. Consult with medical providers to accurately assess and determine eligibility for employment and services planning and completing recommended treatment services. Develop and create Individual Plan for Employment (IPE) with client's ad authorize cost services that will be provided. Provide minimal supervision when director is unavailable. Analyze job markets for employment opportunities and educate communication members and community partners about vocational rehabilitation. Resolve potential dispute or issue between client and employer. Maintain strict confidentiality at all times!RequirementsApplicant will be required to submit and pass both a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement. Must have a valid Oregon drivers license and be insurable with/by CTWS. Have reliable transportation to travel to outlying areas for the service delivery area (SDA) including inclement weather.
