Iron Horse Roofing is looking for a highly organized Customer Care and A/R Coordinator to join our growing roofing team! This role is the frontline for customer communication, project updates, and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish — while also handling all invoicing, payment tracking, and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all customer communications (calls, emails, scheduling)
- Provide project updates and support to customers and sales teams
- Prepare and send invoices, process payments, and track receivables
- Follow up on outstanding payments professionally
- Maintain CRM and accounting records accurately
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and organizational skills. Team collaboration.
- Experience with customer service and basic accounting (A/R)
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Admin work at roofing company is a plus!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
