Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
- Develop and adjust ABA programs to ensure clinical effectiveness
- Conduct assessments and write detailed progress reports
- Supervise and train behavior technicians and therapists
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to monitor case progress
- Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with insurance and funding sources
- Maintain a billable caseload in addition to supervisory and clinical duties
Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification – Required
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
- Effective leadership, time management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (fluency in additional languages is a plus)
- Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) designation preferred
