Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
  • Develop and adjust ABA programs to ensure clinical effectiveness
  • Conduct assessments and write detailed progress reports
  • Supervise and train behavior technicians and therapists
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to monitor case progress
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with insurance and funding sources
  • Maintain a billable caseload in addition to supervisory and clinical duties

Qualifications

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification – Required
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Discrete Trial Training (DTT)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation
  • Effective leadership, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English (fluency in additional languages is a plus)
  • Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP) designation preferred
