What You’ll Do
- Create and oversee personalized treatment plans that address each child’s unique goals
- Provide interactive, family-focused training to empower parents in supporting their child
- Deliver clinical services and mentor Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and interns
- Review data and session notes to ensure accuracy and treatment fidelity
- Collaborate closely with caregivers and colleagues to align on progress and priorities
- Lead team meetings and foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability
- Complete assessments and documentation within established timelines
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
- Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
- Confidence in data-driven decision making and individualized care
