What You’ll Do

  • Create and oversee personalized treatment plans that address each child’s unique goals
  • Provide interactive, family-focused training to empower parents in supporting their child
  • Deliver clinical services and mentor Behavior Technicians, RBTs, and interns
  • Review data and session notes to ensure accuracy and treatment fidelity
  • Collaborate closely with caregivers and colleagues to align on progress and priorities
  • Lead team meetings and foster a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability
  • Complete assessments and documentation within established timelines

What You Bring

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
  • Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Confidence in data-driven decision making and individualized care
