What You’ll Do

  • Develop and lead customized treatment plans tailored to each client’s strengths and needs
  • Facilitate dynamic, family-focused training sessions to empower caregivers
  • Provide direct services and actively supervise BTs, RBTs, and clinical interns
  • Review session data and documentation to ensure clinical accuracy and fidelity
  • Collaborate with families and team members to establish meaningful goals and measure progress
  • Lead regular team huddles and foster a learning-oriented, collaborative culture
  • Conduct assessments and complete reports in accordance with timelines
  • Maintain BACB standards and always practice within ethical guidelines

What You Bring

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or a related field
  • Clinical experience working with children on the autism spectrum
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Confidence in data-driven decision making and individualized care
