Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves working closely with children and their families to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans that promote positive outcomes.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Implement and monitor behavior intervention strategies, adjusting as necessary to ensure effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide support and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of patient progress.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations to determine the appropriate interventions for each individual.
  • Collect and analyze research data to inform best practices in behavior analysis.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques.

Skills
