Position Summary
We are seeking a warm, motivated, and community-driven Community Liaison to join our Community Life & Development (CLD) team. In this key role, you will act as a vital bridge between our senior living community and the greater Wildomar area—building meaningful relationships, sharing resources, and raising awareness about the value of senior living.
This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who is passionate about serving older adults and has a talent for creating impactful community connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local organizations, healthcare providers, and referral sources
- Conduct outreach and education to families and professionals about our services and amenities
- Represent Wildomar Senior Assisted Living at community events, health fairs, and public forums
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment in messaging and family communication
- Identify community needs and collect insights to inform programming and engagement strategies
- Facilitate presentations and lead public discussions on aging, senior care options, and community support
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, communications, or a related field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in community outreach, program development, or healthcare marketing a plus
- Proven ability to connect with diverse audiences and lead group presentations
- Knowledge of senior living, aging services, or public health strongly valued
- Demonstrated leadership and collaborative skills
- A genuine passion for improving the lives of seniors and their families
