Select Savvy is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Social Worker for a full-time, in-person position near Golden, Colorado. This is a wonderful opportunity to support students’ well-being and help build a positive, inclusive school environment.

Requirements:

• Active Colorado Special Services License with a School Social Worker endorsement (or eligibility in progress)
• Experience working in school settings or with children and adolescents preferred
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and crisis intervention
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and staff to address barriers to student success
• Assist in developing behavior intervention plans and support services
• Conduct social-emotional assessments and maintain accurate records
• Support crisis prevention and intervention efforts
• Promote equity, mental health awareness, and school-wide well-being
