Job Description


We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic clinical team. This unique role offers the opportunity to play an integral part in launching our ABA service delivery model, blending clinical expertise with administrative leadership. As a BCBA, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). You will collaborate closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to promote meaningful behavioral outcomes and improve the quality of life for the individuals we serve.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment goals.
  • Design, implement, and supervise evidence-based ABA intervention programs.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Provide parent training and support to empower families in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistent care and goal alignment.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure treatment fidelity and best practices.
  • Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards.
  • Stay current with advancements in ABA methodologies, research, and industry best practices.


Qualifications


  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Previous experience working with children with developmental disabilities in clinical or educational settings.
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
  • Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Excellent data collection, analysis, and report-writing skills.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and supervise RBTs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and compassionate approach.


Job Details


  • Location: 80% on site in Irvine, CA. 20% Remote.
  • Option to work Part-Time (25-30 hours) or Full-Time (40 hours).
  • Billable hours range from 25-30 hours.
  • Mon-Fri, Weekends as needed.
  • Mainly clinical based, with few school based opportunities.

Pre-employment Requirement

As a condition of employment, candidates must obtain all required vaccinations, including those mandated for ABA professionals, before their start date. The cost of vaccinations and live scan is the responsibility of the applicant and must be completed prior to performing any job-related duties. Proof of vaccination and TB test (valid if within 2 years for skin or 5 years for chest x-ray) will be required upon hire.


The pay range for this position is contingent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, years of certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and demonstrated expertise in the field. Compensation will be determined based on these factors.
