Are you a passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Program Supervisor looking to make a real difference? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking dedicated BCBAs to join our team in Frederick, MD!

What We're Looking For:

Active BCBA licensure (state and national)
Special Education and Behavioral experience required
Experience working with students with ED required
Experience implementing BIPs and conducting FBAs required

Responsibilities:

Deliver behavioral support services in the classroom including assisting with functional behavioral assessments, generating behavioral support plans, developing data collection methods, and supervising direct service providers.
Providing instruction on IEP goals
Deliver professional development (as needed)
