What you’ll do
- Provide 1:1, evidence‑based ABA therapy to children in home, school, daycare, or community environments.
- Accurately collect and chart behavior and skill‑acquisition data each session.
- Faithfully implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Treatment Plans designed by your supervising BCBA/Lead Analyst.
- Collaborate daily with parents, caregivers, teachers, and fellow clinicians to reinforce treatment goals.
- Help train parents, teachers, and support staff on program strategies.
- Attend team meetings and in‑service trainings; contribute your insights and enthusiasm.
- Perform additional clinical support tasks as assigned.
What you bring
- Current RBT certification.
- Experience working with children with ASD or related developmental differences preferred.
- Reliable transportation to travel between client sites.
- Strong communication, data‑collection, and teamwork skills.
- Patience, positivity, and a genuine desire to help kids thrive.
