Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients. The BCBA will also be responsible for training staff and caregivers in behavior management techniques.
Qualifications:
Complete a graduate-level degree in behavior analysis or a related field
Accumulate at least 1500 hours of supervised experience in behavior analysis
Pass the BCBA certification exam, which is based on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Fourth Edition Task List
Adhere to the BACB's professional and ethical compliance code
Maintain BCBA certification through ongoing professional development and continuing education
Responsibilities:
Assessing and diagnosing behavior problems
Developing behavior intervention plans
Providing supervision to behavior technicians and assistants
Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior plans
Modifying behavior plans as needed based on data analysis
Collaborating with other professionals, such as teachers, speech therapists, and physicians
Ensuring the health and safety of clients during interventions
Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
Participating in ongoing professional development and continuing education
Adhering to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) standards of professional conduct.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
