Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time remote setting for Licensed Mental Health Counselors and Licensed Social Workers. The primary responsibilities include conducting individual and/or couple therapy sessions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing crisis intervention as needed. Counselors and social workers will also be responsible for maintaining accurate client records, assessing client progress, and participating in ongoing professional development and supervision.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Experience working with psychiatric disorders
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for mental health treatment
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Strong communication, assessment, and crisis intervention skills
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential client records
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPPA regulations and organizational policies.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Experience working with diverse populations is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
